    Merchant Policies:

    Shipping and handling:
    All packages sent via priority mail or global priority for international.
    a. Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

    b. Shipping is 10% of subtotal for most U.S. orders and 20% for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Call or email for a quote on all other international orders. Faster shipping options available, please call for quote.

    SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
    a. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item for a full refund or exchange it for another item - no questions asked. Simply return the unworn item with the invoice no later than 60 days after receipt (except videos).

    b. All video sales are final. No refunds will be excepted for opened or used video/dvd items. If for some reason you have a problem with defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department at 865-696-8000 and we will gladly replace or exchange your video/dvd with another.

    c. Shipping and handling charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include payment (check, money order, or credit card number, expiration date & signature) for all reshipment charges. Failure to include this will delay shipment of replacement merchandise.

    BACK ORDERS
    a. On some items, demand may exceed our expectations. You will be notified of any delay in the shipment of your order. If you wish to substitute an in-stock item for the back-ordered merchandise, please contact Customer Service at 865-696-8000 Monday through Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm (EST).
